The regular subscription allows any number of facilitators/trainers to each run 1 game to 1 team/group of learners, at the same time. This subscription is ideal for training multiple small groups of people at the same time.

The Lean Simulation requires a minimum of 4 players and the ideal team/group size for 1 game is 4-8 players. This ensures that all of the necessary roles are occupied.
Definitely! The game can be tailored to your exact needs – no two games are the same! We recognise that everybody has different needs, and different problems to solve – that’s why we let you tailor the game to suit you!
This is up to you! The simulation is fully customisable, all of these options will affect the overall duration of the game. With the standard settings, one round of the Lean Simulation would last roughly 10 minutes.
Yes! Our Extended plan will be fully bespoke to you. We will create a fully white labelled version of the game, featuring your logo and a custom domain name.

Good question! We wanted something that almost everybody would recognise, and with almost 1 billion bikes in the world (more if you can build them quick enough!) we knew it was a safe bet. It’s simple, but has enough complexity in the parts required and the order that the parts need to be fitted that it was perfect.
Of course. Our monthly subscription plans are rolling contracts, with the payment coming out on the same day each month. You can cancel this at any time – if you cancel your plan at the beginning of the month, you’ll still have until the end of that month to use the simulator.
When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
