Four to eight players is the ideal group for one game, so that every role on the line is filled by a person. You can run with fewer: any role nobody takes is filled by the simulation, so a single learner can play the whole journey with the built-in facilitator.
Yes. Hosts follow the six-shift journey, so the session runs the same way every time and the numbers stay comparable from one shift to the next. Administrators on your account keep every lever, so you can build a custom configuration whenever you need one.
A shift runs about ten minutes, with a briefing before it and a debrief after. A full six-shift journey is usually a half-day session; shorter two-shift journeys are available if you only want to demonstrate a single idea. The host can pause the clock, add time, or end a shift at any point.
Yes! Our Extended plan will be fully bespoke to you. We will create a fully white labelled version of the game, featuring your logo and a custom domain name.

Good question! We wanted something that almost everybody would recognise, and with almost 1 billion bikes in the world (more if you can build them quick enough!) we knew it was a safe bet. It’s simple, but has enough complexity in the parts required and the order that the parts need to be fitted that it was perfect.
Of course. Our monthly subscription plans are rolling contracts, with the payment coming out on the same day each month. You can cancel this at any time – if you cancel your plan at the beginning of the month, you’ll still have until the end of that month to use the simulator.
When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
